Notes Additional information (en): This feature has an irregular shape. From 2013 to 2018, Chinese bathyscaphs "Jiaolong" and "Discovery" conducted marine biological surveys in the western Pacific Ocean and found Indeterminate species of epizoanthus. Minimum depth (m): 1728. Maximum depth (m): 5200. Total relief (m): 3472. Dimension/size: 78 km x 84 km.    
GEBCO: associated meeting, proposer and year of proposal (en): Associated meeting: SCUFN-36. Proposer: The Third Institute of Oceanography (SOA), China. History: 2022.     
GEBCO: discoverer and year of discovery (en): Discoverer: Chinese research vessel "Xiang Yang Hong 03". Year of discovery: 2019. History: Named from its shape as the feature looks like an epizoanthus, which is called "Qiaoqun" in Chinese.
