Discovered by the BelgAE, 1897-99, under Gerlache, and named for Wilhelmina, Queen of the Netherlands, 1890-1948 (http://www.mapplanet.com/?do=loc&country=_A&adm1=08&loc=20013401/http://geonames.usgs.gov).    
Belgica information (en): Bay 28 km wide between Reclus Peninsula andCape Anna along the westr coast of Graham Land. Discovered by the Belgian Antarctic Expedition,1897-1899, under Adrien de Gerlache, and named for Wilhelmina, Queen of the Netherlands, 1890-1948.

Découverte par l’expédition belge en Antarctique de 1897-1899 sous le commandement d’Adrien de Gerlache et baptisée en l’honneur de Wilhelmine, reine des Pays-Bas entre 1890 et 1948.    
Belgica information (nl): 28 km brede baai tussen Reclus Schiereiland enKaap Anna op de westkust van Graham Land. De Belgische Antarctica expeditie (1897-1899) onderleiding van de Gerlache ontdekte de baai en noemde hem naar Wilhelmina, die van 1890 tot1948 koningin van Nederland was.
